customer service, high-quality food and beverage preparation, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team

Qualifications

No prior barista experience required, we will train the right candidate

Food Handler’s Certification required (can be obtained upon hiring)

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Interest in specialty coffee and food service

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash

Responsibilities
Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Process payments and handle transactions responsibly

Respond to customer questions and requests professionally

Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas

Food & Beverage Service

Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to established standards

Assemble food items according to recipes and guidelines

Follow all food safety and sanitation practices

Monitor product quality and freshness
-
Stock service stations and café supplies

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

Support basic inventory tracking and restocking
Operations Support

Follow opening and closing checklists

Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts

Follow cash handling and safety procedures

Complete basic shift documentation as needed

Assist with daily cleaning and light prep tasks

Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
