FarmFit is a straightforward, full-body training class built around hard work, simple tools, and getting stronger for real life. Expect carries, pushes, pulls, hinges, squats, and conditioning that feels earned—not flashy. Every movement is coached and scalable, so no prior lifting experience is needed to get a meaningful training stimulus, while experienced lifters can push the pace, load, and intent to make it a serious session. This is not a cakewalk, but it is approachable: show up, work with purpose, and leave stronger, steadier, and ready for the day ahead.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, bodyweight workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and alignment. Mat Pilates focuses on performing flowing floor exercises to build strong "powerhouse" muscles in your abdomen, back, hips, and glutes.
It is highly effective cross-training for both climbers and bikers, as it directly addresses the muscle imbalances and postural demands unique to each sport. Climbers need high-reaching flexibility and upper-body stability, bikers require core endurance to maintain power and prevent lower back pain. Mat Pilates is also a great way to diversify strength and support recovery from injury.
